The Academy
The Brainstorm Academy curriculum is designed as a three-year progression, allowing clients to build their skills, confidence, and independence over time. Each year builds upon the last, providing opportunities to learn, practice, and apply new skills in increasingly professional and collaborative settings.

Throughout the program, Technical and Soft Skills are developed side by side, helping clients understand not only how to create great work, but how to successfully contribute in a professional environment. By the end of the Academy, clients are prepared to take what they have learned and apply it to their next step toward employment.
