What is your role/title at Brainstorm?

Animation Instructor

What does a typical day at Brainstorm look like for you?

In the mornings, I supervise artists and animators at the studio, and in the afternoon, I teach the third (and final) year of art/animation training at Brainstorm Academy.

What advice would you have for someone young (high school or college age) who wants to be an animator/artist?

Stay hydrated, get some sun!

What is your favorite part about the job and/or working with the students/clients?

I love being able to help students/clients fall in love with animation, and find new ways to express themselves in the medium.

Is there anything else you’d like to share about your hobbies, activities, or other aspects of your life as an artist?

I’m partial to complex, literary fiction, particularly the work of Dr. Seuss.
