Welcome to a New Year!

To Our Wonderful Community ~

As you read this newsletter, we are celebrating the opening of our second Brainstorm Productions location, the nomination for the "2025 Excellence in Arts Award," a Champion Film Salon International Film Festival award, and a Pineapple Animation Festival selection.

The summer of 2025 has been exhilarating as we’ve honored eight graduates from Brainstorm Academy followed by welcoming a new cohort of 15 clients, who started their classes in August. We’ve also hired several new amazing staff members to support Brainstorm’s ever-expanding program.  

It is during this time of rapid and exciting expansion that I'd like to acknowledge what this means to us.  

This upward development means:

⚡️ More clients are attending Brainstorm Academy and benefitting from the richness it provides.

⚡️ More artists are fine-tuning their digital arts skills, preparing them for entry-level work or entrepreneurship in the animation and visual arts industry.

⚡️ More parents and extended family are proud of their family member's perseverance and achievements.

⚡️ More community members are invested in Brainstorm's accomplishments.

⚡️ More businesses are learning about Brainstorm and wishing to partner with us.

⚡️ More donors and grantors are curious about our impact and willing to support our endeavors. 

I am extremely fortunate for having a front row seat watching the magic unfold through Brainstorm Academy - our three-year animation and soft skills training program - as clients enhance their talents and Brainstorm Productions Studio - our employment program - as animators earn recognition for their industry-level abilities.

Each day my heart is filled with gratitude for the abundant growth our organization is experiencing and outpouring of love and support we feel from our extended community. As you lift us up, we lift our artists even higher. Thank you!
